Shipping policy

Delivery will be made to the address specified by you when you place your order. We will deliver your order to the main entrance of the delivery address or to a floor in an apartment block but only if:

  • the driver has your permission, and
  • our driver believes that it is safe and practical to do as you request

We always reserve the right to deliver only to the main entrance of the delivery address. For deliveries to customers at a business address, we can deliver to the ground floor communal entrance of your business, but unfortunately, we are not able to come to your desk. If your business has a shared ground floor reception, this is where we will deliver to you.

Please note that we deliver only to specified areas.

Orders will be subject to a delivery charge based on your location.

Our delivery time is 8am to 6pm, however delivery windows are an indication, and not a guarantee of delivery within specific hours. We reserve the right to deliver at any time within your allocated delivery day.

Delivery will take place on the day chosen by you from the options provided at checkout. This will be confirmed after your order has been placed.

Whilst we make every effort to deliver all your goods on the agreed day, we reserve the right to change your delivery date and will notify you.

All frozen goods must be accepted on delivery. Any other goods may be left in a safe place chosen by you at your own risk, we accept no liability for items left in said safe place.

If you are not home during your chosen delivery time your order will be returned and may be collected in person at an allocated time. If you choose not to collect your order, a further restocking fee may become payable.

Our drivers may try to contact you on the telephone number that you have provided to us during checkout in order to fulfil your delivery.
